Another round of drinks, anyone? If you’re a huge Prosecco fan like me; then you’re in luck because I got you covered. This Raspberry Limoncello Prosecco is the perfect sparkling summer cocktail to enjoy all year long.
Jump to RecipeThis cocktail is perfect for entertaining. A girls night, a holiday party or just simply a way to wine down and relax after a long day at work.
It’s made with 4 easy ingredients and mind you, it might have you dancing on tables by the end of your night.
You can use any kind of Prosecco; I opted to use Ruffino Prosecco. It’s a delicious Italian sparkling wine that can be paired with just about anything. It works great for this lemon and raspberry cocktail.
You’ll also need 1 cup of Limoncello, 1 cup of muddle raspberries and 2 lemons to garnish. If you aren’t a big fan of Limoncello, I recommend half cup of Limoncello instead of 1 as it can be stronger than most alcoholic mixers. Personally, I am not a big fan of Limoncello- but this cocktail is so refreshing. I’ll suck it up and dance on tables by the end of my last sip.
If you’re looking for an alternative to Prosecco for this cocktail, I recommend you use Sparkling Rose.
