Crush 200g biscuits finely and set aside 2tbsp.
Pour into baking pan with melted butter and mix until combined.
Pour mix and set the base in an 9 tin inch baking pan. Press down finely.
Whisk together cream cheese, Biscoff spread and Powdered sugar. Mix well until combined.
Scoop the base and pour into the baking pan.
Smooth the layer out.
Pour melted 200g Biscoff spread, smooth it out.
Sprinkle remaining crushed biscuits on top and place a whole one in the middle as you like.
Refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours. (I did mine overnight).
