Avocado Hummus

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15 oz canned chickpea
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • sprinkle of paprika to taste
  • 1/4 tsp pine nuts or sesame seeds to garnish

Method
 

  1. Place all your ingredients in a food processor. Mix until you get a very smooth dip (roughly 4-5 minutes).
  2. Depending on how smooth you like your hummus, add water but be careful as you don't want it to be thin, rather yet more on the creamier side.
  3. Add to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and pine nuts ;if desired.
